Catherine is the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, QBE Insurance AUSPAC.

Catherine brings deep subject matter expertise with over 14 years’ experience delivering innovative and impactful diversity & inclusion strategies with people at the centre.

Catherine is passionate about working collaboratively to drive positive change for organisations, their people and customers where feeling safe, respected and valued for who we are is at the heart of what the workplace stands for.

Her career spans over 25 years in a range of industries and organisations, including professional services, energy and insurance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bianca Broadhurst,

CBA

After growing up in a small country town and going on to represent Australia in field hockey at the Athens Olympics, Bianca is driven to inspire others to achieve their goals and find a sense of purpose and belonging.

As an inclusion and diversity expert with over 15 years corporate experience, Bianca is passionate about designing solutions to close the marginalisation gap and fostering safe and inclusive workplaces, anchored in equality, care and respect.

Bianca is also the former Chair of Hockey NSW, where she successfully led the organisation and it’s 25,000+ members through the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

She’s been able to achieve positive change by being curious, listening to the experiences of a diversity of people and using this knowledge to raise awareness, change behaviours and address systemic barriers.

 

Nic Barry,

Domain Group

Nic is the organisational capability lead at Domain Group.

Devi Rajcoomarsing,

Transport for NSW

Devi has extensive experience running cultural, digital, regulatory and structural transformation changes and, with more than 14 years of practice, Devi has worked with many successful organisations including Transport, Manufacturing, Oil and gas, Banking, Insurance, Travel and government agencies to help them achieve their goals successfully.

From building change practice to managing end-to-end change, she has led and coached change practitioners to be effective, open, transparent, promoting collaborative approaches within businesses and among teams.

Her main focus is adapting and aligning transformation with the company strategy to make it easier for executives, senior management and employees.

Devi is very passionate about helping people with change, customer experience, digital evolution and innovation.

  • For over 15 years, she has studied human behaviour and motivation;
  • She is a repeat guest lecturer in Behavioural Economics at the Harvard School of Public Health; 
  • A Positive Psychology Practitioner;
  • Helped build new business from the ground up in Sydney, London and New York; and
  • Has worked with people and companies in over 20 countries.
